The use of Cellphones and Motorcycles in public secondary schools in Osun state of Nigeria by students were banned yesterday (24/2/16) by the state government.
According to the Deputy Governor, Mrs.Titilayo Laoye-Tomori, the ban was necessary to instil discipline in schools as the poor performance of students in both internal and external examinations did not reflect the huge spending of the government in educational reforms.
