We deploy several technologies during registration, exam proper & after the exam to prevent exam malpractice or fish out exam cheats.

@waecnigeria apparently, you seem to sanction candidates that cheat. how about other accomplices to exam malpractice. what do you to them?

WAEC NIGERIA Retweeted Teaching & Impact
Supervisors are blacklisted, schools are derecognised, principals are reported to MOE 4 disciplinary action, others are handed over 2 d police.

Teaching & Impac
@waecnigeria apparently, people are losing confidence in your certs due to the ease of cheating. you can't afford to lose credibility now?

WAEC NIGERIA Retweeted Teaching & Impact
Our certificates are still being accepted globally & it's difficult to cheat in our exam without being caught.Candidates can attest to that.

Teaching & Impact
@waecnigeria some of your reps at exam centres encourage this a lot. it is common practice in private schools now. money change hands too

WAEC NIGERIA Retweeted Teaching & Impact
A lot of money change hands there in many cases b/c lives are at risk. They're accounted for & receipts used as evidence against d schools.

Teaching & Impact Retweeted WAEC NIGERIA
@Gidi_Traffic @TrafficChiefNG @trafficbutter these are internal measures.not enough to deter others. what about making it public? would you?

WAEC NIGERIA Retweeted Teaching & Impact
They are not internal measures b/c the FME, States MOE, ANCOPSS, NUC, NAPS, etc are all in the picture. They're also publicised.

Teaching & Impact Retweeted Teaching & Impact
there's need for public to see your effort for deterrēnce purposes. @waecnigeria @Gidi_Traffic @TrafficChiefNG @trafficbutter

WAEC NIGERIA Retweeted Teaching & Impact
If canceling the entire results of a candidate, derecognition of a school as an exam centre, etc aren't deterring enough what else would be?

good to know all these. but doesn't exam malpractice affect administering exams financially? @Gidi_Traffic @waecnigeria Trafficchiefng.com

WAEC NIGERIA
WAEC NIGERIA Retweeted Teaching & Impact
It does. The technologies deployed to prevent, detect or process exam malpractice cases are very expensive.

kudos. not aware of these. fact is that there is need for synergy with critical stakeholders. jail term/sentencing will help The West African Examinations Council, WAEC - Nigeria

That is required. We can't do it alone. Fighting exam malpractice should be our collective responsibility.
